It is forbidden to resell these files as is or modify and resell as digital file.
Basic commercial license
1 listing for up to 500 uses for 1 person only
— With this basic license you can make projects for commercial use.
This basic license gives you non-exclusive and non-transferable rights to use a design according to the following terms.
Purchasing
Your commercial license becomes effective when we receive the name of the person registering the license.
— Please message us after buying the product with the name you’d like the commercial license registered to so we can keep it in our license database.
— Purchase this listing and design listing (if you didn’t buy it before). In case you have bought it already, please message us link of the design after purchasing this license.
— A PDF document with license details will be sent to you. As proof of your license, keep this document and your order number.
You can use designs to:
— Make a physical finished product that is sold by you to an end consumer, as long as
the product is not mass-produced (Up to 500 products). Like for example: T-shirts,gifts, DVDs, packaging, decorations made by CNC machines.
— Create promotional materials for your own small business as long as they won’t be created in bulk or distributed widely. (For instance, selling t-shirts with your brand on them or providing business cards)
This design may NOT be:
— Uploaded to print-on-demand sites such as Zazzle, Merch by Amazon, Society6, Redbubble, Teepublic, and others.
— Used in any situation where the end user will be able to modify, reproduce, distribute, or sell the design.
— Made into any product or digital material that is then resold by your end consumer.
— Sold or given to the end consumer in digital format. Because the copyright remains with MDshopSvg, you may not claim this design/product as your own in any way.
— Sublicense, transfer, distribute, or grant rights.
— In a digital product bundle, re-distributed, shared, or sold.
— Unmodified re-distribution, sharing, or sale to end user
We do not ask you to give us credit for commercial licensing designs that you utilize.
It’s always appreciated, but it’s not required.
Requests for licensing of our designs for usage not covered by these conditions are handled on an individual basis.
