Print-on-Demand (PoD) Commercial License Overview

Unlimited Uses for Individual Creators

This PoD commercial license grants you the freedom to expand your creative and commercial ventures on print-on-demand platforms. It provides non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to utilize a single design for an unlimited number of projects, designated for one user only.

License Activation

The license is activated upon receiving the licensee’s full name.

• Please include the name for license registration in the specified personalization field or via direct message to ensure accurate record-keeping in our database.
• Secure this license along with the specific design listing if it hasn’t been purchased previously. If the design is already purchased, kindly forward the design’s link following this license acquisition.
• A PDF containing the full license details will be issued for your records. Retain this document along with your order information as proof of your licensing rights.

Permitted Applications

• This license allows for the creation and sale of physical products on a mass scale, such as customized apparel, gifts, DVDs, and CNC-crafted decorations.
• Generate promotional items for your small business, ensuring they are not produced in large quantities or widely distributed.
• This license uniquely permits uploading and selling on print-on-demand platforms like Zazzle, Merch by Amazon, Society6, Redbubble, Teepublic, among others.

Usage Limitations

• The design cannot be altered, reproduced, distributed, or resold by the end user in any form that would compromise the original product.
• Digital resale or distribution of the design is prohibited, and claiming ownership over the design is not allowed.
• The rights provided by this license cannot be sublicensed, transferred, or distributed.
• The design must not be included unaltered in digital product bundles, nor redistributed, shared, or resold to the end user.

Credit Policy Credit for using MDshopSvg designs under this license is not mandatory but is greatly appreciated.

Special Licensing Requests For uses beyond these stipulations, please reach out for a custom licensing arrangement.
