Extended Commercial License Overview

Unlimited Use for Single Users

With this extended license, you’re empowered to undertake commercial projects without bounds. This license affords you the right to use a single design for an unlimited number of applications, provided you are the sole user.

License Registration

Activation of your license occurs upon receipt of the licensee’s name.

• Please indicate the desired name for license registration in the provided personalization field or via direct message for our records.
• Acquire this license along with the specific design listing (if not previously purchased). Already bought the design? Just send us the design’s link post-license purchase.
• A detailed PDF of your license will be issued to you. Retain this document and your order confirmation as proof of licensing.

Permitted Uses

• This license allows for the production of tangible items for resale, such as apparel, gifts, DVDs, and more, without production limits.
• You may also create promotional items for your small business, provided they are not mass-produced or widely distributed.

Restrictions

• Uploading to print-on-demand platforms (e.g., Zazzle, Merch by Amazon) is prohibited.
• The end user must not have the capability to alter, replicate, or distribute the design.
• The design cannot be transformed into a product or digital content for resale by the end consumer.
• Digital distribution or sale to end consumers is not allowed, and you cannot claim ownership of the design.
• You are barred from sublicensing, transferring, distributing, or conferring any rights associated with the design.
• The design cannot be included in a digital product bundle, nor can it be redistributed, shared, or sold in its unaltered form.

Credit While not obligatory, we appreciate any credit given for the use of our designs in your commercial projects.

Special Licensing Should you require licensing that exceeds these terms, please reach out for a tailored arrangement.
