Basic Commercial License Overview

This license permits up to 500 uses of a single listing by one individual for commercial purposes. It grants non-exclusive, non-transferable rights under the stipulated terms.

Registration and Acquisition

To activate your license, we need the licensee’s name. Please provide this in the personalization section or via direct message for our records. Upon purchasing this license and the associated design listing, you’ll receive a PDF detailing your license terms. Retain this document and your order number as proof of your license.

Permitted Uses

• You may create up to 500 physical products (e.g., T-shirts, gifts, DVDs, packaging) for sale to end consumers, provided they’re not mass-produced.
• You’re allowed to produce promotional materials for your small business in limited quantities.

Restrictions

• Uploading to print-on-demand platforms like Zazzle, Merch by Amazon, etc., is prohibited.
• The design cannot be used in a way that allows end users to alter, replicate, distribute, or resell it.
• You cannot sublicense, transfer, or distribute the design, nor include it in digital bundles for resale.

Credit

Credit for using our designs is not required, though appreciated.
